We never take a cut of your savings
Percentage-of-savings pricing creates an incentive to overstate results and to keep looking for changes you did not need. A flat subscription removes both.
No setup fee, no cancellation fee
What you see is the entire cost. There is no onboarding charge, no per-bill fee, and nothing to pay to leave.
Referral credits offset the subscription
Members on Premium and above earn credit for each approved referral, which applies directly against the subscription.

Starter is free and covers up to three bills. Premium is $14 per month or $140 per year. Business is $49 per month or $490 per year for up to ten seats and multi-site reporting. Enterprise is priced per portfolio — talk to our sales team.
